We offer clear and reliable shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Please review the following before placing your order.

 

Shipping Options

    • Flat rate per order
    • Estimated delivery: 7-9 business days

  • Fast Shipping
    • Flat rate per order
    • Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days

Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave.

  • If the delivery driver deems the location safe, your package may be left without a signature.

  • We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available during the day (e.g., a workplace or attended residence).

  • We are not liable for any packages that are stolen after delivery has been confirmed at the nominated address.

 

International Duties & Import Fees

  • Deliveries outside UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and Japan may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid before delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for any additional fees. Orders will not be released until all duties are paid.

 

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused the original shipping cost and return fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.

 

Minimum Order Values

Some countries enforce a minimum value threshold for imports. For large or high-value orders, check with your local customs office before purchasing.

 

No Customs Declaration Alterations

We will not mark orders as gifts or alter documentation to reduce customs fees. This is a violation of international trade law, and we comply fully with legal shipping practices.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Tracking details will be provided by email once your order ships.
